(Note: if you signed up for a workshop or other event, you don't need to download any forms. We will contact you via email prior to the event.)
Click on the service(s) you purchased, and you will be taken to a page that will allow you to enter important information and/or upload documents pertaining to your service (e.g. your transcripts or a college essay).
If you purchased one of our packages, you'll need to submit a separate form for each of the services in that package.
For session-based services, please be sure the form is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
For review-based services like the Comprehensive College Essay Review, please note that the turnaround time is three business days.
